I hereby apply for a supporting membership in CORESZON e.V. in accordance with the information provided above at the earliest possible point in time (see Section 4, Paragraph 4 of the Statutes of Association). By submitting this form, I acknowledge the CORESZON e.V.'s Statutes and Membership Fee Regulations as binding for me.

I have been advised that the personal data collected for the purposes mentioned above will be collected, processed, used and transmitted in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Which data this affects exactly to what extent can be found in the privacy policy.

I authorize CORESZON e.V. to collect recurring payments from my account by direct debit. At the same time, I instruct my bank to redeem the direct debits drawn on my account by CORESZON e.V.

The CORESZON e.V.'s creditor identification number is DE64ZZZ00002438852. The mandate reference number will be communicated to me separately in the respective SEPA direct debit advance notice.

Note: As part of my rights, I am entitled to a refund from my bank under the terms and conditions of my agreement with my bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which my account was debited.

I can terminate this direct debit mandate at any time by notifying CORESZON e.V. in writing.
